Biography |
Writer and photographer since 1980, specialising in travel, the outdoors, the countryside and walking mainly in the UK and France, but with more than a passing interest in Australia, Denmark, Madeira and The Azores.
Author of 70+ books including award-winning guides to the Northern Coast to Coast Walk (1994, 2003, 2006) and the Shropshire Way (1999), and guides to the Pennine Way, the Dales Way (2nd ed 2005), the Severn Way and the West Highland Way.
Small, independent publisher of walking guidebooks (see Questa Publishing).
