Biography |
Journalist and producer Nick has a degree in French and Arabic, and worked as a lecturer in various universities of the Middle East and West Africa before becoming a freelance stringer in Côte d’Ivoire. He then worked in-house at the BBC World Service and the FT, before spending ten years working as a freelance correspondent, TV producer and travel writer based in Sydney, Calcutta, Budapest and Santa Domingo. He now lives in Cornwall, and writes for most of the British press, and broadcasts on BBC Radio 4 and the World Service. He speaks fluent French, Spanish and a very rusty Arabic. |
