Biography |
I moved to Mauritius in 2004 from UK after spending 20 years as a freelance travel writer covering various destinations in Mediterranean Europe and more specifically the Indian Ocean. My work includes travel articles, copywriting, researching, writing and updating full length travel guides,researching destinations including hotels, preparing newsletters and promotional material, consultancies and guidebook updates.
I work as a team with my photographer husband, Eric, who provides all the pictures for guidebooks, articles and brochures. Now languishing in the stupour of the tropics, I can sometimes be seen wearing a grass skirt, padding around barefoot and discovering new and interesting things to say about Mauritius and her neighbouring islands for the UK and overseas market. |
