Biography

Judy Armstrong is a New Zealander, now living in North Yorkshire and the French Alps. She is a writer and photographer specialising in adventure travel and outdoor pursuits. Expeditions over the past 20 years, travelling by horse, kayak, foot, bike, boat and bus, have included Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America as well as home-ground Down Under.
She works regularly for magazines and newspapers specialising in travel, France and the outdoors, with recent assignments including ski joering (being towed behind a horse on skis) and parapenting.
