Membership is open to writers and photographers worldwide who are currently active professionally in any aspect of the travel, tourism, outdoors, adventure sports, food and drink genre.

Members are full-time 'working professionals' and wholly professional in their approach to their work and in their dealings with the travel, tourism and outdoors industries at all times.

There is no provision for membership for writers or photographers who have retired or who are essentially part-time writers and photographers..

Membership of WPu is by invitation only; individual members may recommend that an invitation to be extended to potential members, but the management of WPu reserves the right not to extend an invitation to any person.

Membership of WPu is not restricted to writers and photographers resident in the UK, but anyone resident outside the UK should realise that WPu is primarily UK-oriented; only enquire about joining if you wish to expand into the UK market.

Members of Writers and Photographers unLimited are required to report fairly and objectively, and to conduct themselves with integrity and in a business-like and courteous manner at all times.

If members of WPu are offered the opportunity to join familiarisation or press trips, either individually or as part of a group, they are under no obligation to allow such offer to influence their judgement.

The annual subscription to Writers and Photographers unLimited is currently £50 for a twelve-month period, i.e. from 24 July until 23 July following, etc. You will be invoiced electronically for your subscription once you have accepted the invitation to membership. Payment should be made online, or by cheque in sterling only.
